Bevi Birra + Focaccia
Subjective:
Decent atmosphere, inviting, the restaurant was a little casual, open concept.
Staff were kind, wo
re airpods in one ear. A man who I presume to be the owner, came out and said that I made a “good choice” for the sandwich I picked.
The food and drink was on the pricier side yet tasted great.
Objective:
3 other customers entered during my visit: 2 individual men who were dressed like hipsters and then a group of 2 men who were wearing black puffer jackets.
The restaurant has two floors: the first floor offers food, alcohol, and seating, while the second floor offers billiards such as a pool. Sandwich was 18.99$ and the beer was 10.50$.
The beer had Swedish fish on the front and the label said it was packed in Milton Ontario.
The location was in an industrial/office plaza which can only be reached by car or by local workers.
Wine
The display for wine was a small shelf next to the beer. I noticed that prices ranged from 40-70$
There was also wine at the cash register. The restaurant’s assortment did seem like their wine was unique to them in a similar way that Trinity Market is.
Overall, the food and drink quality outweighed everything else. Workers were eager to do their job, and there seems to be an adequate amount of customers for a Friday at noon. Due to the prices, I would personally not go back but I think the restaurant’s target audience would be for younger millennials and older gen-z. Not bad at all.
