Meat & Poultry Ontario is calling on Ontario Burger Processors to join Ontario’s Ultimate Burger Competition, searching for the unsung heroes of the burger world!

The competition which takes place July 19th at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario and will crown the best in six categories: beef, veal, poultry, lamb, pork and other. The competition is open to Meat & Poultry Ontario business member with a passion for selecting top-notch meat cuts, blending flavors to perfection, and mastering the art of patty making.

Winners will be announced at the Meat & Poultry Ontario Red-Carpet Gala on October 21st in Muskoka.
