In a culinary breakout session, the Kitchen of the Future demo, the Kraft Heinz culinary team will contrast a traditional present day restaurant with a restaurant of the future to reveal evolving industry technologies featuring PizzaForno’s automated pizzeria concept.
Each automated pizzeria can hold up to 70 fully prepared pre-boxed pizzas and is replenished frequently. Once the customer selects their preferred menu item, they have the option to Take-n-Bake their pizza at home or have PizzaForno’s state of the art oven prepare their freshly made pizza using healthy, natural ingredients in under 3 minutes.
