New Chophouse, Riley’s Fish & Steak, Opens in Vancouver

Launched under the Glowbal Restaurant Group umbrella, Riley’s Fish & Steak is bringing “the best of BC’s pastures and oceans” to hungry diners from their newly opened location at 200 Burrard Street.

The establishment is comprised of a garden patio, oyster shucking station and a bar, serving up fresh fish, exclusive meat cuts and an extensive selection of wines.

Behind the line at Riley’s is Chef Jerome Soubeyrand, who previously held the Executive Chef and Sous positions at Coast and Black & Blue. He previously trained in Europe at 8 different Michelin-starred establishments before making the transition to the culinary capital of British Columbia.

Current Raw Bar options include West and East Coast Premium Oysters, King and Snow Crab Legs, Atlantic Lobster, Halibut Ceviche, Jumbo Tiger Prawn Cocktails and more.
