It’s that time of year again – when the air gets crisp, our wardrobe changes to deep warm hues, pumpkin spice brews and baked goods are featured at every café, and shopping for Halloween candy is upon us.

Spooky season is here, and we hunted down some of the best places across Canada to stock up on Halloween candy to give away to trick-or-treaters or keep for yourself, no judgement here.

This is a classic confectionary in Montreal and might even be one of the oldest candy shops in the city, since it opened in 1929. Oscar has isles and isles of colourful candy, chocolate, cookies and nuts in bulk, so you can make your own little packages for Halloween. They also carry loads of wrapped candies and chocolate bars from both local and international brands.
